Earlier this week, AdaptiBar, a licensee of the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), received a memo detailing updates to the NCBE’s licensed Online Practice Exam (OPE) questions, a key component of AdaptiBar’s database. These updates, made by the NCBE, are intended to make the questions clearer and more consistent. Although new facts have been added in a few cases, most edits are minor.
The altered questions pertain to Online Practice Exam questions that date back to 2006 and 2009 (OPE 1 & 2), the years in which the two sets of 100 licensed questions were released by the NCBE. As soon as AdaptiBar received these changes, the edits were updated in the database. All practice exam questions are now up-to-date according to NCBE standards. Furthermore, all of AdaptiBar’s questions in the database reflect the form and content of the questions that will appear on upcoming exams. Therefore, you can prep and study knowing that AdaptiBar has the most accurate, up-to-date, licensed questions available.
As an NCBE licensee, AdaptiBar offers 100 percent of all available, licensed MBE questions (1,743). The tested subject with a limited number of licensed questions in the database is Civil Procedure. Since Civ Pro is the newest subject added to the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), only 40 questions on that topic have been released. To simulate Civ Pro questions to give upcoming test-takers the most experience possible in this subject, AdaptiBar hired two of the nation’s leading Civ Pro professors to write 200 simulated questions modeled after the licensed questions from the NCBE.
